AD05 - Notice to change the situation of an England and Wales company or a Welsh company - (Section 88 of the Companies Act 2006)

Companies House has made changes to AD05 which they expect practitioners to use from 6th April.

Subscribers to this range are therefore requested to use this latest version of AD05 from this date.

Forms SH06 and SH06(CONT) have received macro amendments and can be used immediately.
