SH04 - Notice of sale or transfer of treasury shares by a public limited company (PLC)

On 30th April new legislation came into force which enables private companies to place shares into the Treasury and to deal with them afterwards.

Companies House has now amended inappropriate legislative references on their forms SHO3, SH04, SH05 and its continuation sheet and SH06 and its continuation sheet.

The amended versions of these forms should not be used before 1st October although Companies House will accept current versions of these amended forms after this date.

Please also find enclosed form AA06 which has been added to the range.
