On EFIS No.112 earlier this month, we supplied you with the new form FP301 which HMCTS and the Ministry of Justice (MoJ) had created to facilitate legal blogging in family proceedings under certain conditions as part of a pilot scheme which will run until next June. Because the Family Procedure Rule Committee (FPRC) is anxious to gain feedback from "legal bloggers" during the length of this pilot scheme, HMCTS/the MoJ has now slightly amended an e-mail address on FP301 to make it easier for bloggers to provide this feedback via their legal blog. Although the FPRC's request is not a mandatory requirement upon legal bloggers, Oyez has supplied you with the latest version of FP301 for its immediate use in the appropriate circumstances.
