Rule 17 of Part 4 of the Family Procedure (Adoption) Rules 2005 enables a Practice Direction to list the new forms to be used from the 30th December 2005 when the Adoption and Children Act 2002 will come into force.

The Family Procedure Rule Committee has issued this Practice Direction and a new form, A58, will replace A6 on 30th December.

We intend to publish A58 as part of a new range of Adoption forms and further details can be obtained by contacting our Sales department on Tel 020 7556 3200, or by emailing sales.legal.software@oyezstraker.co.uk.

Meanwhile practitioners should no longer use A6 on or after 30th December. We advise you to delete form A6 from your system(s) on or after 30th December.
