The Courts and Tribunals Fee Remissions Order 2013 will introduce a new standardised fee remission system for courts and tribunals on 7th October.

LPA120A and its accompanying notes have been amended to reflect this new system.

COP44A is being replaced by form EX160 and therefore it will be removed from your system(s).

Form EX160 can be found in both our Civil Procedure and Divorce ranges. Customers who are not subscribed to these ranges can email our sales team at: sales@oyez.co.uk for further information.

Finally, form LPA115-C has received a textual amendment and can be used immediately.
