Subscribers to this range are invited to use LPA114, LPA115, LPA116, LPA117, LPA118 and LPA119.

The LPA115 and LPA118 replace the individual continuation sheets LPA A1(CONT), LPA A2(CONT), LPA A3_HW(CONT), LPA A3_PFA(CONT), LPA B(CONT) and LPA C(CONT).

LPA116 and LPA119 replace LPA HW pg12 and LPA PA pg11.

These forms can be used immediately and the obsolete forms will automatically be removed from your system(s).

Finally, on Efis 26/2013, we released LPA114 and LPA117 as replacement forms to LPA HW and LPA PA respectively. To avoid confusion, we have taken this opportunity to remove LPA HW and LPA PA forms from the Court of Protection range. LPA114 and LPA117 have received an amendment to their descriptions and can also be used immediately.
