A minor error has been corrected on page 1 of this form which is now enclosed for your use.

In addition, we write to notify you that forms LT31, LT32, LT33 will become obsolete on 15th October 2001 when the Civil Procedure (Amendment) Rules 2001 introduce new rules governing possession of land. Practitioners should delete the three forms listed above after 15th October 2001. Deletion instructions are below.
