Subscribers to this range are invited to use the following eight new forms, L&T100, L&T101, L&T102, L&T103, L&T104, L&T105, L&T106 and L&T107, which cater for various Court applications made under Part II of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954.

Practitioners should refer to Part 56 and Practice Direction 56 of the Civil Procedure Rules for more detailed guidance on the circumstances in which these new forms should be used.

Please also find available HA30, HA32, L&T24SR, L&T25(1), L&T 25(2), L&T27, L&T28, L&T35, L&T36A, HUD6, HUD8 and HUD20A which have all received minor field amendments.
