Subscribers to this range are requested to use the latest version of L&T51 following some changes to note 3 on the back of this form which Schedule 2 of the Transfer of Tribunal Functions Order 2013 made on 1st July.

Note 6 on HA7 has been updated to refer to the maximum discount of £100,000 which is only available to council tenants in London who wish to buy council property which the Housing (Right to Buy)(Limit on Discount) (England) Order 2013 introduced earlier this year.

Both forms can be used immediately.
