The Assured Tenancies and Agricultural Occupancies (Forms) (England) (Amendment No.2) Regulations 2016 will amend HA32 in England on 1st December to reflect the new ground 7B for possession under section 8 of the Housing Act 1988 which section 41 of the Immigration Act 2016 has introduced.

Subscribers to this range should use this latest version of HA32 for any notices served on and after 1st December.

L&T50(W), L&T52(W), L&T58, L&T59, L&T70, L&T90. L&T91, L&T94 to L&T99 have been amended to include field labels.

Please also find L&T71A, L&T71B, L&T71C and L&T71D which have been amended to include the relevant section in the form description.
