The Law Society has confirmed that firms must use the TA6 Property Information Form (6th edition) (2025) and TA7 Leasehold Information Form (5th edition) (2025) for all new transactions from 30 March 2026. Therefore, all previous versions of the forms have been removed from the library to avoid accidental use.
