Following recent feedback, the Law Society has decided to postpone compulsory implementation of the TA6 Property Information Form (5th edition) (2024) and the TA7 Leasehold Information Form (4th edition) (2024) for six months to allow for further consultation on the recent changes. Therefore, the descriptions have been amended on the following forms to reflect this new period which runs until 15th January 2025. As there are no content changes on these forms, the date stamp remains the same.
