HM Land Registry have updated the listed forms, details of which are as follows:

- K11 – Amended the explanatory notes on page 2 and some side notes to help conveyancers complete the form correctly.
- LRPN1 – Addition of side notes to panel 8 dealing with evidence of identity requirements.
- LRPN1ID - Guidance notes have been added/amended to explain how customer data is processed.
- LRST5 - The guidance notes have been updated to cover situations in which the use of this form is not appropriate.

All forms are now available for immediate use, previous versions will continue to be accepted indefinitely.
