EFIS 2, January 2024 : Conveyancing

HM Land Registry have updated the listed forms, details of the changes are as follows:

- LRAP1 - the side note to panel 8 has been amended to make it clear that from the 15th of January 2024 there will no longer be any notifications sent to third parties.
- LRID1 and LRID2 - amended as per the agreement with the Council for Licensed Conveyancers (CLC) that CLC-regulated licensed probate practitioners can verify identity even though they may not be conveyancers or solicitors.
