HMCTS have updated the listed forms; details of the changes are as follows:

- N1 - The N1A form notes have been updated on the form.
- N1(RCJ) – Minor amendment made to the court box to change the Queen's Bench Division to King's Bench Division.
- N180 – Updated with questions on the use of Welsh by witnesses in court, for giving evidence and for producing documents in court being added; these questions are under the 'Other information' section.
- N181 – Intermediate track option has now been added to the 'Allocation to track' section. Guidance on the use of the Welsh language when filing witness evidence has also been added to the 'Witnesses' section.
