EFIS 58, September 2023 : Legal Aid

The Legal Aid Agency have issued amended CWORK2(IM) and CWORK1_2_MH forms which have corrected instructions for under 18 applicants. These forms are both now available for immediate use.

In addition, the Legal Aid Agency have also released the new form, CWORK1INQ which will allow an application for legal help for an inquest into the death of a family member without a determination of financial eligibility.
