The Legal Aid agency have updated the following forms in order to accommodate the initial regulation changes introduced as a result of the Means Test Review (MTR). Additional changes have been made, specifically in relation to the CWORK1, to reflect the introduction of the Housing Loss Prevention Advice Service (HLPAS) on the 1st August 2023. These forms are for use from the 3rd August 2023 although previous versions will remain acceptable until the 3rd September 2023.

In addition to the changes above, the CIVMEANS4 will no longer be in use as of the 3rd August 2023 and has therefore been removed from the library to avoid accidental use.
