The Legal Aid Agency have updated the listed form with changes having been made to accommodate existing non means tested areas of work and the new Housing Loss Prevention Advice Service (HLPAS) which commences on the 1st August 2023. The previous version of the form continues to be accepted however this new version is available for immediate use and must be used from the 1st August 2023.
