HM Land Registry have updated the LRDS3 with the additional of a side note to panel 4 to cover the situation where there is more than one charge of the same date to the same lender.

In addition, the LRID1, LRID2, LRID3, LRID4 and LRID5 have been updated as the temporary practice changes that were introduced in 2020 as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic have remained.

All forms are available for use from 21st November 2022 however the current version of the forms remain acceptable indefinitely.
