Land Registry – for use from 1st August 2022

HM Land Registry has amended a number of forms as a result of the Land Registration (Amendment) Rules 2022. The rules implement new requirements for applications to register an overseas entity as proprietor of an estate in land or where an application includes some types of disposition made by an overseas entity.
