The remaining HMCTS divorce reform forms have now been updated and are available for immediate use. These forms were updated as a result of the Divorce, Dissolution and Separation Act 2020 which came into force on the 6th April 2022.

New forms associated with this legislative change will be added to the library shortly.

DIV2 Notes are no longer applicable and have therefore been withdrawn.
