UK Visas and Immigration have released a new form, UTIAC3, which replaces T482 and is now available for immediate use. T482 is no longer in use and has been withdrawn from the library to prevent accidental usage.

There are a number of new UTIAC forms, as always, we add forms based on customer demand. If you require any of the forms to be added to the catalogue, please contact your Account Manager.
