Launch of new version of forms LPE1 AND LPE2

The trade and representative bodies representing the legal, surveying, estate agency and property management sectors have today (22 November 2021) launched updated versions of the LPE1 (Leasehold Property Enquiries) and LPE2 (Consumer summary) forms. The forms will go live on 11th January 2022. This is the third version of the LPE1 form with a number of new additional questions and amendments made.

The form will be made available shortly after the Christmas break in plenty of time to be used from the live date of 11th January 2022. For more information view the Law Society note on these changes on the Law Society website.
