Launch of new version of form FME1

The trade and representative bodies representing the legal, surveying, estate agency and property management sectors have today (22 November 2021) launched an updated version of the FME1 (Freehold Management Enquiries) form. The form will go live on 11th January 2022. The Freehold Management Enquiries (FME1) form is on its second version and contains several additional questions.

The form will be made available shortly after the Christmas break in plenty of time to be used from the live date of 11th January 2022. For more information view the Law Society note on these changes on the Law Society website.
