HM Land Registry has released a new form LRRXC which allows customers to provide the required evidence (consent or certificate) for them to comply with the terms of a restriction in standard form in the register. This new form is for use from Monday 26th July 2021.
Avoiding requisitions, HMLR guidance on name discrepancies
HM Land Registry have recently provided additional guidance on handling name discrepancies, to minimise requisitions. They have published a workflow which includes acceptable wording to handle such discrepancies in lieu of evidence, and you can access the workflow by clicking here.
