The Assured Tenancies and Agricultural Occupancies (Forms) (Moratorium Debt) (Consequential Amendment) (England) Regulations 2021 came into force on the 4th May 2021. HA32 has been updated to reflect the breathing space (debt respite scheme) regulations, which affect the ability to serve notice and make a possession claim under Section 8 of the Housing Act 1988 in certain circumstances.
