HM Courts and Tribunal Service have updated EX50 and N5B(W) which are available for immediate use.

Forms N1 and N208 have been amended to include the new statement of truth as set out in the 113th Practice Direction update to the Civil Procedure Rules and are available for immediate use.

Note that the official versions of many court forms with this amendment are still awaited from HMCTS. We understand it is likely the official versions with this and other changes will be available in October.
