As we informed you in the April (EFIS 18) HMCTS have redesigned the Grant of Representation forms PA1A, PA1P and PA8A for professional users. These forms are now used in place of the statements of truth which were previously used. Following the ending of the transitional period, we are now withdrawing the Statement of Truth forms to avoid accidental use.
