The listed forms have been updated to reflect changes brought in by the Coronavirus Act 2020 which came into force on 26 March 2020. The changes are currently applicable in England until 20 September 2020. The latest versions are available for immediate use.

Court Statements of Truth – Information

The 113th Civil Procedure Rule update relating to PD 22 – Statements of Truth, came into force on 06 April 2020. A large number of litigation forms will require amendment to reflect the new wording however these forms are subject to Crown copyright. As a result we cannot change the forms until the official versions are updated. We are in contact with the relevant agencies and are assured that these forms are currently being reviewed. As soon as we are able to amend the forms we will do so as a matter of urgency.
