The Land Registry has added additional side notes to panel 10 of LRUT1 to cover situations where titles are being upgraded from qualified or possessory leasehold to good or absolute leasehold. The latest version is available for use from Monday 17 February and customers are advised to use the latest version however the current version is still acceptable.
