HM Land Registry has amended these forms to enable HMLR's customers to provide details of the fees which are payable on this type of applications.

Whilst HMLR will continue to process the existing versions of these forms indefinitely, subscribers to this range may prefer to use the latest editions of these forms for applications made on and after 1st July.
