HM Land Registry has amended this form by incorporating a checklist in response to feedback from members of their staff.

Whilst HMLR will continue to accept the current version of COG1 form indefinitely, subscribers to this range may prefer to use this latest version of LRCOG1 for applications made on and after 24th June.
