The Assured Tenancies and Agricultural Occupancies (Forms) (England) (Amendment) Regulations 2019 have amended HA21SR to reflect certain changes which section 17 of the Tenant Fees Act 2019 will introduce on 1st June.

Subscribers to this range should therefore use this latest version of HA21SR in England on and after 1st June.
