On EFIS No.16 in March, we advised subscribers to this range of HM Land Registry's (HMLR) amendments to their CIT form.

In particular, HMLR inserted a new certificate T on this CIT form to cater for the provisions of section 57 of the Digital Economy Act 2017.

Unfortunately, HMLR has now discovered that the Code of Practice which the Digital Economy Act 2017 introduced has not yet been implemented.

HMLR has therefore asked Oyez to remove certificate T from the LRCIT form.

Subscribers to this range are therefore advised to use the latest, amended version of the CIT form immediately.
