In April, Her Majesty's Courts and Tribunals Service (HMCTS) installed a new case management system (cms) in the district probate registries (DPRSs).

One requirement of this new cms is that the deceased's 'date of birth' should be specified on certain types of application.

Oyez has therefore updated SOT1-SOT10 to reflect this new requirement and incorporated other changes in response to customers' feedback
