On 15th February, the Law Society announced that a new Code for Completion by Post would be implemented on 1st May in response to the Court of Appeal decision in the Dreamvar case last year.

The Law Society has amended the TA13 form to reflect this new Code for Completion by Post which should be used in conveyancing transactions which are completed on and after 1st May.
