EFIS 32, April 2019 : Insolvency (2017) Bankruptcy

You must login to download the contents of this EFIS.

It is now a requirement that you must check if the debtor has had any bankruptcy petitions against them in the past 18 months.

Once you have carried out these searches you must then confirm you have done so by using one of the attached declarations and attaching it to the petition.

These forms can be used immediately.
