The Insolvency (Scotland) (Company Voluntary Arrangements and Administration) Rules 2018 will implement Parts 1 and 2 of the Insolvency Act 1986 in Scotland on 6th April.

Companies House (CH) has created the new AM01-AM25, CVA1-CVA4, VAM1-VAM8 forms to reflect the introduction of new procedures for creditors' voluntary arrangements (CVAs) and the new WU01-WU18 forms for winding-up insolvent companies as well as various other notices for filing at CH.

Companies House has also drafted a new general continuation page for use with the AM02-AM25, COM1 and COM2, CVA1-CVA4, VAM1-VAM8, LIQ13, LIQ14, REC1, REC3 and WU15 forms where more than two insolvency practitioners have been appointed.

Subscribers to this range should only use these new forms in Scotland for insolvency proceedings which are completed on and after 6th April.
