EFIS 22, March 2019 : Family Court - Financial and Enforcement Orders

On 13 March 2018, James Munby, President of the Family Division issued for consultation the second batch of Standard Family Orders: [2018] Fam Law 371. This included, Orders 7.2 and 8.2, lengthy precedents of case management orders for private and public law cases.

The purpose of Orders 7.2 and 8.2 is to provide a comprehensive menu from which the appropriate orders and directions could be easily selected and used as template orders.

Both of these forms are available for your immediate use.
