A collection of various organisations which represent the property industry, including the Conveyancing Association, the Law Society and other groups have jointly created this new form FME1 to collect information on behalf of buyers of freehold management properties.

The seller(s) should reply to these enquiries if they are the rent charge owner, the management company, the managing agent or the appointed representative of any of them.

FME1 can be used in the appropriate circumstances on and after 23rd March.
