Subscribers to this range are requested to use the latest versions of these two civil procedure forms which Her Majesty's Courts and Tribunals Service (HMCTS) has amended by inserting additional text to cater for the EU's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) which came into force on 25th May 2018.
