The Licensing Act 2003 (Personal and Premises Licences) (Forms) (Amendment) Regulations 2018 will come into force on 28th January and amend the official, Licensing Act forms listed.

In particular, these 2018 Regulations amend these four forms by providing for an option of evidencing an individual's right to work by using the Home Office's online right to work checking service.

Subscribers to this rage should use the latest versions for licensing applications made on and after 28th January.
