HM Land Registry has amended the side note in panel 5 of the LRFR1 form to make it clear that the fee which is payable must be based on the full, market value of the registered land.

Although HM Land Registry will continue to accept the current version of the LRFR1 form indefinitely, the latest version of this form can only be used for applications submitted to HMLR on and after 21st January.
