HM Land Registry (HMLR) has amended panel 7 of form LRSEV to bring it into line with similar changes which HMLR made to their forms last year.

Although HMLR will continue to accept the existing version indefinitely, the latest version of this amended LRSEV form should only be used for applications made on and after 14th January.
