Following amendments to their DS01 on EFIS 10/2018 in February, Companies House has now amended the forms listed which ask applicants not to "staple" items to these forms which are listed.

Companies House has inserted a slightly different message on SH01 form which requests that no paper clips to be attached to this form.

As there are no substantive changes to the wording of these amended forms, Companies House has not altered their existing version numbers on the latest versions of these forms which can be used immediately.

CO5B has received a minor field amendment and can also be used immediately.
