HM Land Registry (HMLR) has made some amendments to the side notes in panels 3, 5 and 12 of LRFR1 to reflect certain procedural changes which HMLR will introduce on 8th October .

Conveyancing practitioners should therefore only use this latest version of LRFR1 for applications completed on and after 8th October.

In addition, HMLR has also expanded the panels on 13(1) and 14(1) of LRAP1 to enable practitioners to insert more details on this form and HMLR has also made the same changes to the corresponding panels on LRFR1.
