EFIS 94, August 2018 : Conveyancing
You must login to download the contents of this EFIS.
Her Majesty's Land Registry (HMLR) has amended their DL form to reflect a change in HMLR's procedure on 20th August.
HMLR has added an explanatory note to the top of the amended DL form to refer to a land transaction tax certificate after the Land Transaction Tax and Anti-avoidance of Devolved Taxes (Wales) Act 2017 came into force on 1st April.
Although HMLR will continue to accept the existing version of the DL form indefinitely, conveyancing practitioners may prefer to use the latest version of the amended DL form for applications made on and after 20th August.
