Her Majesty's Courts and Tribunals Service (HMCTS) has made minor amendments to the C100 to facilitate the bulk scanning of this form within HMCTS.

Although this latest version of C100 can only be used for applications which are completed on and after 13th August, HMCTS will continue to accept the current version of C100 until 28th September but not after this date when only the amended version of C100 should be used.

Her Majesty's Courts and Tribunals Service (HMCTS) have also made minor changes to form C51 to correct the numbering of sections.

Although HMCTS will continue to process current version of C51, practitioners may prefer to use the latest version of C51 immediately.
