Pursuant to the information supplied to you on EFIS Nos. 86 and 90 last month, subscribers to this range are requested to use the latest versions of the amended Immigration forms listed.

These changes follow the decision by the UK Visas and Immigration section (UKVI) section of the Home Office to include a privacy statement on these amended forms under the Data Protection Act 2018.

The Government has used this 2018 Act to implement the EU's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in UK law which came into force on 25th May.

SET(F) Application for indefinite leave to remain in the UK as a child under the age of 18 (a child over 18 may also be eligible, see section 23 of the guidance notes) and a Biometric Immigration Document New/Amended
