Subscribers to this range are invited to use the latest versions of the amended forms listed which the UK Visas and Immigration section of the Home Office amended earlier this month.

All forms can be used immediately.

The UK Visas and Immigration Section of the Home Office on the 13th July also amended the forms which appear below to include a privacy statement following the implementation of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the new Data Protection Act 2018 in May:-

Since the Immigration Rules permit the use of existing forms for a transitional period of 21 days, Oyez will supply you with all these amended forms by the end of July or the first week of August.

SET(O)	Application for indefinite leave to remain in the UK in one of the categories listed in this form and a biometric immigration document	New/Amended
FLR(FP)	Application for leave to remain in the UK on the basis of your family life as a partner, parent or dependent child or on the basis of your private life in the UK and for a biometric immigration document	New/Amended
EEA(PR)	Application for a document certifying permanent residence or permanent residence card under the EEA Regulations	New/Amended
S1	Application for registration as a British Citizen, a British Overseas Territories citizen, or British Overseas citizen by or on behalf of a stateless person born before 1 January 1983	New/Amended
